Becky Iyoke is a certified Chartered Accountant with a master’s degree in finance. As a Finance and operational management expert, Becky is inspired by the crave for development and establishment of operational systems that work to facilitate achievement of organizational goals. She believes that the strength and sustainability of every organization rest on the foundation laid by the systems in place and her anchor for this strong believe is in God’s example to man when He laid the foundation upon which the earth was built as stated in Genesis chapter 1 of the bible.
During her over two decades of professional practice, she has interfaced with and provided professional support to organizations in different sectors of the economy, both public and private. She offers Financial Management and systems advisory services to non-governmental organizations, public and private companies as well as multi-lateral organizations in their diplomatic collaboration with the Nigerian government on public health related matters. Over the last 7 years, as Finance Lead, she developed a business systems development and review strategy for the CDC Nigeria office to facilitate strong organizational structures to support their activities and their growth. Becky leads a team that is building the capacity of both local and foreign-based organizations under her portfolio that partner with the United States government in Nigeria in the implementation of her public health programs. Through this strategy, she has helped to develop operations systems of several organizations who have expressed profound gratitude for its invention. The success recorded with the introduction of this strategy earned her the opportunity to offer technical assistance at the CDC Atlanta and Ghana offices, respectively, where she worked briefly.
Her strong passion for solid foundations inspired her interest in education of the young mind. She has been providing voluntary services in education of children and young adults for over two decades. She wishes to take this more seriously and play an impactful role in providing quality and sound education to the Nigerian children because she has a strong belief that the future of the Nigerian nation lies on the proper education of the young minds of today.
As a Believer in educational foundation, she is currently in pursuit of a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from one of the top universities in the United Kingdom, where she obtained her master’s in finance. She believes that the AKBF Institute offers a great platform for the deployment of great ideas and diverse resources that would help improve the state of nations.
She is married and has four children three of whom are university graduates, pursuing respective professional careersi
