Inspired by his passion for national development and his firm belief that systems are critical to the achievement of this objective. Thus, is the basis for his specialty in Public Interest, Development law & Legislative Advocacy.
His several decades of legal practice and interface with diverse sectors and players in the socio-political spectrum of the Nigerian state, enabled him to appreciate her socio-economic condition and the imperatives for a functional system. Thus is his motivation for public interest advocacy where he intends his practical experience to impact positively on good governance.
Godswill believes that the primary purpose of the modern state, is to create economic opportunities and the enabling environment for unhindered social relationship. This, in his view, has been hampered by inordinate attention to politics and public administration. Therefore he is an advocate for a bottom-top integrated development system, which aims at building synergy between the national and sub-national governments. He believes that this would facilitate the mobilization, organization and deployment of the vast human and natural resource potentials of the nation for the common good.
He believes that the non-activation or implementation of some provisions of Chapter II of the 1999 Constitution is responsible for the state of our national development. In his words; “while physical infrastructure are essential to development, real state of national development is determined by the state of the judiciary”. Therefore, the application of the fundamental objectives and directive principles of state policy, as guides to legislative actions; Executive policies and are necessary for the evolution of a development-oriented state.
A legal practitioner, Godswill had a stint in banking, where he learned about the place of the financial services sector as catalyst for development. a public affairs analyst, he was a member of the 2014 National Conference and has been a participant in several development-oriented Think-tanks with firm belief that development is a product and function of ideas. He believes that the AKBF Institute offers a veritable platform for the articulation of ideas and mobilization of human and other resource capital towards the satisfaction of human needs.
Husband of one wife and father of 3 adult children and a teenager, Godswill Iyoha Iyoke, is a Believer in the Church as an apostolic organization of people who are divinely empowered to solve existential problems.

He was the first National Coordinator and President of African Kingdom Business Forum, an initiative of Intercessors of Nigeria.
He was the regional and State Coordinator of the core East from 1995-2002, was in Liberia in 1995 been called prophecy while in 2000 moved to North as Regional Coordinator helped in the intercession ministry.
He has ministered in 35Nations across the four (4) Continent such as Australia, Asia, Africa, and North America, teaching and ministering and mentoring on intercession, spiritual warfare, and kingdom business.
Pst Emmanuel has focused on human development, believes in people from kids, teens, youths speaking, encouraging, motivating them to fulfill destiny. He is married to a wife and (3) three children two sons and a daughter.
